Katelyn Stegall, LSW
Serving Colorado Springs for your mental health needs.
I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported without fear of judgment. Life can be complicated, and sometimes we need a space where we can slow down, work through what we're experiencing, and figure out how to move forward. My goal is to create that space for my clients.
I hold a Master of Social Work degree and have professional experience in behavioral health, psychiatric services, crisis intervention, and residential treatment. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances, which has shaped my belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives, and my role is to help them recognize their strengths, better understand their experiences, and develop tools that support meaningful change. I want therapy to feel like a partnership rather than a place where someone is simply told what to do.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, substance use and addiction, postpartum mental health concerns, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions. I recognize that recovery and personal growth are not always straightforward processes. I am particularly interested in supporting individuals through the emotional challenges of pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the transition into parenthood. Whether someone is working toward recovery, navigating the impact of addiction on their life or relationships, adjusting to parenthood, or simply trying to regain a sense of balance, I strive to meet them where they are.
