With over 20 years of nursing experience across a variety of healthcare settings, I bring a compassionate, real-world, and highly individualized approach to mental health care. I am double board-certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, allowing me to understand the deep connection between mental and physical health while caring for the whole person.

I specialize in treating ADHD, ADD, major depression, anxiety disorders, and PTSD for all children through geriatrics. My goal is to help each individual better understand themselves, feel empowered in their treatment journey, and find practical tools that create meaningful and lasting change.

As both a provider and a parent of a child with ADHD, I personally understand the frustrations, emotional challenges, and uncertainty families can experience when trying to obtain the right diagnosis and truly individualized treatment plan. That lived experience has given me a deeper level of empathy and passion for helping patients and families feel heard, supported, and never alone in the process.

My philosophy is rooted in a humanistic approach to care. I believe every person has unique strengths, resilience, and beauty within them that deserves to be explored and understood — not simply treated through symptoms alone. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable being authentic and vulnerable while working toward healing and growth.

Outside of work, my life is wonderfully busy with my husband and our three energetic little boys who keep us constantly on our toes. As a family, we also share a strong love for ice hockey — both watching and playing — which has taught us so much about resilience, teamwork, and finding joy in the journey.
